
Membership of SAPH is open to all practising homoeopaths in Scotland who;
Subscribe to the code of ethics of SAPH and can show proof of professional clinical practice, including professional insurance.
Have successfully completed the SAPH registration process.
Maintain their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) status through periodic retraining and/or study that is appropriate to their practice of homoeopathy, as recommended by the SAPH Council.
In general the registration process is available to candidates who have successfully completed both 4 years of study at a recognised college and the requisite number of assessment seminars as decided by the SAPH Council. Members may also be required to submit a number of case histories for assessment.
There are now National Occupational Standards for the practice of Homoeopathy. These set a basic standard. The members of SAPH have come together to represent the Scottish perspective and to promote the interests of high standards of homoeopathic training in Scotland and its devolved parliament.
