At the Annual General Meeting held on 1st December 2007, Ian McGinley was elected to join Isobel Wilkie in fulfilling the role and duties of Secretary to this Organisation.
License to Dispense Homoeopathic Remedies - JCW It seems to me the case that in order to dispense remedies from a site other than a Pharmacy, you need a license. Our understanding is that it costs £156. The application form can be downloaded from www.mhra.gov.uk where you should type in the search box, the words "non-orthodox practitioners form" (without using the quotes).
Having completed the form you should send it without the fee, to: MHRA PO BOX 17, Mitchelldeane, Glos GL17 0WT.
They say you should apply with a covering letter. If you have any query they can be contacted by 'phoning MHRA on 0207 084 2760.
From the MHRA site this appears to have been a requirement since 2004, but they don't seem to have tried very hard to publicise it.
