PATIENTS

Members of SAPH are required to maintain all patient records confidentially, and not release them to anyone else. Patient notes are locked up, and not destroyed for at least 7 years (adults) and up to 21 years (Children). No SAPH member may lend, give or sell patient/client lists to any other organisation and SAPH has no access to the patient records of its members.

WEBSITE VISITORS

For each of the SAPH web pages, our server automatically recognises no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.

We collect the e-mail address and other information volunteered by those who communicate with us via e-mail, may aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit on our website. and may use specific information on what pages visitors access or visit and information volunteered by the visitor, such as for survey information and/or site registrations.

Except of e-mail addresses and other information volunteered by those who communicate with use, the information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, after being used to improve the content of our web page, used to customise the content and/or layout of our page for individual visitors and used by us to contact potential visitors for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail and tell us that you do not wish to receive e-mails from us.
